At BubbleBusters Swim School you are more than welcome to join in on the fun at any time
as we swim 12 months of the year.
Yes! Even through Winter.
-
Monthly fees are dependent on the membership option that you have selected. It is mandatory to
pay the full amount of monthly fees in advance for the upcoming month, including January and
December.
-
Upon registration on bubblebusters.co.za, it is mandatory to provide your bank information. All
subsequent payments will be processed automatically using the provided bank information. Please
be advised that your bank information is not stored by us, but is securely transmitted to and
handled by our trusted payment processor. The payments for your enrolment will be deducted
automatically from your registered bank account information.
-
If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds or any other reason, our payment processor
will attempt to debit your bank account daily until the payment is successful. Please ensure
that your bank account has sufficient funds to avoid any payment issues.
-
Upon enrolling or re-enrolling at our school, an annual administrative registration fee will be
charged. In the event that a student discontinues swimming lessons for any period of time,
this registration fee will be required to be paid again upon resuming lessons.
-
Swimming fees will be subject to an annual increase, which will take effect from September 1st.
-
During the festive period, please note that Bubble Busters Swim School will be closed for 2-3
weeks over Christmas and New Year, as well as five days over Easter. There will be no classes
during this time. Please be aware that fees are still payable for this period.
-
Should any account remain unpaid for more than two months, a penalty of 10% of the outstanding
balance will be charged. If an account remains outstanding after two months, it will be referred
to a debt collector. Please note that all costs associated with the collection of fees from the
debt collector will be the responsibility of the account holder.
-
In the event that an account has outstanding fees, the student will be prohibited from
participating in their scheduled lessons until the account is brought up to date. Any lessons
missed due to outstanding fees will not be rescheduled or refunded.
-
To terminate the membership, the customer must provide two calendar month's notice by using the
cancellation button on Bubble Busters Swim School's online system. Please note that
cancellations for enrolments must be made exclusively through the online system, and any
cancellations made through other channels, such as email or phone calls, will not be recognized
as valid. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is successfully
processed through the online system. Failure to cancel enrolment through the proper channels
will result in fees still being charged.
-
We do not allow breaks for active memberships. This policy is in place for the best interest of
our students and their progress. Swimming is a skill that requires consistent practice and
repetition to master. Interrupting lessons can result in a decline in progress and skill
retention, which can ultimately lead to frustration and a lack of motivation. Therefore, we
encourage our students to attend all scheduled lessons and to commit to their memberships. If
you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
-
Notice will NOT be accepted for December.
-
To modify your membership from two lessons per week to one lesson per week, we require a minimum
of two weeks' prior written notice from you.
-
Missed lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, in certain circumstances, we do try
to help.
-
During thunder and lightning storms, it is not safe to conduct swimming lessons. As the safety
of our students is of utmost importance, we strictly adhere to this policy. Therefore, any
lessons cancelled due to lightning or thunderstorms will not be rescheduled or refunded.
-
It would be appreciated if you could inform us in advance if you are unable to attend a
scheduled lesson. Please notify us via WhatsApp/SMS whenever possible. This will assist us in
scheduling and organizing lessons effectively.
-
Please note that our swim school is closed on public holidays, and no lessons will take place
during these times. Therefore, any lessons missed due to public holidays will not be rescheduled
or refunded.
-
To ensure hygiene, we require all swimmers to wear a swimming cap. While we aim to be flexible
regarding attire, please ensure that swimmers come prepared with their own swimming costume and
towel.
-
Unauthorized access to the pool outside of scheduled lesson times is strictly prohibited, and
children will not be allowed to enter the pool area unless explicitly instructed to do so. Our
teachers cannot be held responsible for the supervision of pupils outside of their scheduled
lesson times.
-
Running, unassisted diving, or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited.
-
To ensure a hygienic swimming environment, children who are not yet potty-trained must wear aqua
nappies while using the pool.
-
For swimmers with ear problems, we strongly advise letting them wear earplugs when swimming.
-
Please note that the lesson start times are fixed and late arrivals may not be accommodated. We
kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time. In the event
that you arrive late, your lesson will be missed and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late
arrivals disrupt the lesson for other swimmers who arrived on time. We appreciate your
understanding in this matter.
