Freestyle should feel sustainable

In lessons we build freestyle swimming in layers: a long, balanced body line, a steady exhale, and a relaxed recovery so you can keep swimming without fighting the water.

Common focus areas

  1. Head position and hip height
  2. Rhythmic breathing to the side
  3. Catch and pull timing (introduced when fundamentals are solid)
